Supporting Safer, Warmer Homes Across Our Community

Home From Hospital Care is proud to deliver a funded community support project in partnership with Brum Energy.

This initiative focuses on helping individuals and households stay warm, safe, and financially secure — particularly during periods of rising energy costs and colder weather.

The project is currently funded and running until March.

What Support Is Available?

Through this partnership, we provide practical and accessible support, including the following:

🔌 Free Energy Advice

We offer guidance on energy use, tariffs, and efficiency to help households better understand their bills and reduce unnecessary costs.

💷 Benefits & Income Maximisation Support

We help individuals check their eligibility for financial support, grants, and benefits to increase household income and reduce financial pressure.

🔔 Free Carbon Monoxide (CO) Alarms

We provide free CO alarms to improve household safety and protect residents from preventable risks.

🧣 Winter Warmer Packs

We distribute practical winter support packs to help vulnerable individuals stay warm and well during colder months.

Who Can Access This Support?

This project is designed to support individuals and households who may be:

  • Experiencing financial difficulty
  • Concerned about rising energy bills
  • Living in cold or unsafe housing conditions
  • Vulnerable due to age, health, or circumstance

If you are unsure whether you qualify, we encourage you to get in touch.
