General Question
We try to provide as much information as possible about our services and offerings.
Our services are available to individuals who may be vulnerable, experiencing financial hardship, feeling isolated, or in need of practical support within the West Midlands area.
You can complete the short “Request Support” form on our website, and a member of our team will contact you directly to discuss your needs and next steps.
No — our services are provided free of charge through funding partnerships and grants, including support from organisations such as the National Lottery and local partners.
You can support us by volunteering, partnering with us, or making a donation to help us continue delivering community projects and work towards reinstating our Home from Hospital service.
We currently deliver community support projects including energy advice, income maximisation support, carbon monoxide alarms, winter warmer packs, and befriending groups. Our original Home from Hospital service is temporarily paused while we seek funding to relaunch it.
